Hours  of operation:  No specific hours or days.  Our hours are set by need, we are gone a minimum of two days each week to collect bugs. Out going orders must be ready for the post office no later than 11:00 am so we start the packing process in the early hours of the morning, around 1 or 2 am.
 

Our email server has got to be the worst that I have ever imagined, if we aren't having problems accessing it then our box has so much spam it is not possible to search through it for legitimate mail.  For that reason, I am placing some forms on this page that should address most of the issues that may come up.  You must fill out the form completely to get a reply. I can't say that I will check every day but I will check and will reply in a timely manner.

Use this form to inquire the status of an order (only if tracking is not available or package is lost), to request replacement ladybugs that arrived DOA (do not use if package was left in mailbox or exposed to heat when delivered) , to request a refund for non delivery, other inquiries.

Because our shipping department has different hours from our office and because of their efficiency, once an order is placed, it can not be changed or cancelled. Before placing your order, make sure that it is the correct quantity and that the shipping address is correct.  We will not be responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly supplied addresses.
