SPRING SHIPPING SCHEDULE

March through September 

Orders received after midnight Fridays through Midnight Sundays will ship on Monday
Orders received after midnight Sunday through Midnight Tuesdays ship Wednesday.
Orders received after Midnight Tuesdays through Midnight Fridays ship on Saturdays.
We occasionally will ship on Tuesdays and Thursdays if we feel it is safe for the bugs

All shipments are by USPS First Class mail unless otherwise specified. You will be notified by pay pal when shipment is made and a tracking number will be provided at that time. No other order confirmation will be made.

You must provide a valid shipping address, we are not responsible for packages returned to us due to invalid or insufficient addresses. Some packages may require a signature for delivery.

October through February

Shipping Monday - Friday. Most orders ship within 24 hours of receiving payment. USPS no longer accepts live animal shipments on Saturday or the day before a holiday so we do not ship then. Winter shipping  is by USPS first class mail unless otherwise stated,. Orders of 5000 or more ladybugs ship by priority mail for free.
